Description: The NextCaster is designed to help you improve customer satisfaction levels by placing important information on the agent desktop. The NextCaster is just like electronic bulletin boards or overhead monitors, only now your agents will be able to get real-time call statistics and bulletins on their individual desktop computer screens. Agents can: easily view team statistics, resize and move the reader board, control scroll speed and direction, and store and review last ten bulletin messages. Managers can: set threshold limits for queue time and depth; service levels; talk, idle, and wrap-up time, group agents by teams, and send bulletins out to agent groups of Call Center wide. Additional features: loadable DLL modules facilitate screen synchronization, mainframe data retrieval, CTI functions, or web browser I/O, dynamic agent login and "remember me" functions (with the use of an Aspect Event Bridge), small "real estate" usage; scalable fonts, bulletin audio play; and embedded URL's in bulletins.
