OfficeLink remote users connect to their PBX from virtually any location for disaster recovery, call center telework, road warriors, and branch offices. Remote workers use a Windows softphone to access four-digit dialing, voice mail, transfer, conference, and ACD features. Road warriors and field service personnel can use any mobile telephone to connect to the office – no PC required. Mobile workers can be reached at the same phone number and manage a single voice mailbox whether they are in the main office, at home, or on the road.
