SYMON’s DeskView software is a “virtual” LED display that resides directly on PC desktops. This software provides time-sensitive statistics and information in real-time to employees and managers. DeskView delivers discreet messages without disturbing the application that is currently active. Information can originate from databases, computer systems, ACDs, network management systems, any Customer Service call center technology, Web pages, and many other sources. GaugeView is a feature of DeskView that allows a user to click on a grid to display different moving “gauges” that supply constant updates on contact center volumes, levels, thresholds and more. Users can instantly view statistics in easy-to-read, real-time graphical displays. ChartView is a user-defined, graphical representation of information presented to a pop-open or top-of-the-stack window located anywhere on the desktop. TrayView is a single line display that presents text information in a static or scrolling mode in the tool tray in the task bar area. ReplyView offers quick, two-way messaging within the DeskView application for instant communication. DeskView for Java is a thin client browser-based solution that can be integrated into Web pages, viewed in a browser, or as a tear off. This gives non-Windows users the ability to view messages and statistics in real-time. DeskView for Java supports SUN Solaris, UNIX, OS2, and many other Java-supported platforms.
